Market: auctions and offers

Original cards, traded in BEM. Sellers can auction or set a buy-now price; buyers can post a standing offer for a drawing and wait for a holder to accept.

What it is

There are two ways to trade an original card in BEM. An auction lists one card and lets bidders compete until the timer ends. A buyer offer is a standing buy order for one drawing: the buyer locks BEM, and any holder of a numbered original card of that drawing can choose a card and accept. Both settle on chain, and both take 1% at settlement.

Auctions

Buyer offers · 求购

A buyer can post a standing offer for any one of the eleven drawings. The buyer does not choose a specific card or edition. The offer amount is locked in BEM inside TapeFoundryDrawingOfferBook; any holder of a numbered original card of that drawing can accept and choose which card to sell. The card and BEM change hands in one transaction.

Fees

1% of the final auction price or accepted offer is taken at settlement and sent to the treasury wallet. There is no listing fee.

What it does not do

Only original cards on the processor are accepted. A wrapped TFD cannot be auctioned or used for an offer — unwrap it first. Cards that are staked in the miner or escrowed in an auction must be released before a seller can accept an offer. There are no off-chain offers, no automatic matching, and the buyer-offer flow does not let a buyer request a specific edition.
